What are the delivery times?
☀︎ For your private import order, we will send it to the SAQ the next business day. You should then expect to wait approximately 10 days before the SAQ contacts you to pick it up in store.
☀︎ For your SAQ product order (via SAQ.com), delivery times for in-store pickup are 3 to 5 business days.
Agency fees: what are they?
These are the service fees we charge for our services. They are included in the price displayed for the product.
For private imports, we must charge them separately. This is the amount you pay when you place your order on our site.
To pay the agency fees, we only accept credit card payments on this site.
My bottle is broken, what should I do?
☀︎ If it is a purchase from the SAQ, you can get a refund simply by returning the bottle.
☀︎ If it is a private import purchase, the SAQ will also reimburse you, but you must have kept your invoice. As for agency fees, we will reimburse you afterwards (upon presentation of your SAQ refund).
