Ce mezcal est élaboré à partir d'agaves sauvages Rhodacantha, âgés de 10 à 15 ans, cultivés dans la Sierra Sur de Oaxaca, à une altitude de 700 à 1500 mètres sur des sols arides. Sa production est limitée en raison de la faible teneur en sucres. Le processus artisanal comprend la cuisson dans un four conique en terre, le broyage avec une pierre tahona, la fermentation dans des cuves en ocote et la double distillation dans un alambic en cuivre, résultant en un mezcal unique qui reflète son environnement.

2. Before paying, select a participating SAQ branch for delivery (if you want to pick up the bottle at a branch);
3. Pay the agency fees directly on our website;
4. Pick up and pay for the order at the chosen SAQ branch according to the instructions in the email you will receive.
Estimated timeframe: approximately 1 to 2 weeks.
The selected branch will notify you by email when the order is ready for pickup.

Pickup at SAQ
If you wish to pick up your order at an SAQ branch, select your preferred branch on the shopping cart page before proceeding to payment. Then, pay the agency fees directly on our website.
When your order is ready, the selected SAQ branch will send you an email inviting you to pick it up and pay for the products. Please allow approximately one to two weeks before receiving this notification.
