Élaboré à partir d'agave Espadín provenant de la région de Mahuatlán de Porfirio Díaz, Oaxaca, ce spiritueux est l'œuvre du maître mezcalero Jorden Velasco, qui utilise des techniques traditionnelles pour sa production. Le processus commence par la cuisson de l'agave dans un four conique enterré, suivie d'une fermentation dans des fûts de bois de sapin, utilisant de l'eau pure des rivières locales. La double distillation dans des alambics en cuivre confère à ce mezcal un caractère intense et complexe, mettant en valeur les meilleures qualités de l'agave de la région. Avec son profil fumé, fruité et doux, il offre une texture huileuse et une finale longue. C'est une excellente option pour la mixologie moderne d'auteur.

4. Pick up and pay for the order at the chosen SAQ branch according to the instructions in the email you will receive.

Pickup at SAQ
If you wish to pick up your order at an SAQ branch, select your preferred branch on the shopping cart page before proceeding to payment. Then, pay the agency fees directly on our website.
When your order is ready, the selected SAQ branch will send you an email inviting you to pick it up and pay for the products. Please allow approximately one to two weeks before receiving this notification.
